Terms & Conditions

Company Name: HUSH Lawn Care ("HUSH", "we", "us", "our")

These Terms and Conditions govern all lawn care, landscaping, and related services provided by HUSH Lawn Care to the client ("Client", "you"). By scheduling, authorizing, or allowing services to be performed, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

HUSH provides lawn mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, and other agreed-upon lawn care services. Services may be provided on a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or custom schedule as agreed.
Services are limited to areas that are safely and reasonably accessible. HUSH reserves the right to refuse or stop service due to unsafe conditions, excessive debris, animals, or weather.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is based on property size, condition, frequency, and requested services.

• Prices may be adjusted if property conditions change.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Past-due balances may result in service suspension.

• Returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Scheduling & Access

• Client is responsible for providing clear access to the property.

• Gates must be unlocked and pets secured prior to service.

• Missed service due to lack of access may still be charged.

Weather delays may occur. Services delayed due to weather will be rescheduled at HUSH’s discretion.

4. Cancellations

• One-time services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Recurring services require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or pause.

• Late cancellations may be charged.

5. Property Conditions & Damage

• Client is responsible for marking sprinkler heads, underground lines, shallow utilities, invisible fences, and fragile items.

• HUSH is not responsible for damage to unmarked items.

• Minor lawn debris (sticks, rocks, trash) is considered normal risk.

Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

6. Clippings & Debris
Unless otherwise agreed:

• Grass clippings are left on-site unless they cause a noticeable aesthetic disturbance.  

7. Liability & Insurance
HUSH maintains general liability insurance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUSH is not liable for:

• Pre-existing property conditions

• Acts of nature

• Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:

• Maintain reasonable property conditions

• Remove excessive debris prior to service

• Secure pets and notify HUSH of hazards

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
HUSH reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for:

• Unsafe conditions

• Non-payment

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior

• Repeated access issues

10. Photos & Marketing
HUSH may take before-and-after photos of the property for quality control or marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shared without consent.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed.

12. Acceptance
By scheduling or allowing services, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
